    related systems.
  • Obtain permits, review blueprints, and prepare plans as required for projects.
  • Ensure company tools, equipment, and vehicles are maintained in safe working condition.
  • Provide 24-hour emergency response services on a rotating or as-needed basis

Customer Service & Business Development:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by clearly explaining findings, solutions, and maintenance
    requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Support sales and business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities and upselling
    appropriate services.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical aptitude with digital tools (MS Office, mobile job tracking, estimating software).
  • Physically capable of safely lifting 50+ lbs and performing tasks involving bending, crouching,
kneeling, and working in confined spaces.
  • Flexibility to work on-call shifts and respond to after-hours emergencies.
